How to Cook Curry Puff


Tutorial: Curry Puff

INGREDIENTS
For the filling:2 medium potatoes (about 250 g)
3 Tbsp oil
1 sprig curry leaves
2 cm (20 g) ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion (100 g), finely chopped
2 Tbsp curry powder
2 Tbsp water to form a paste
2 boiled eggs (diced)
150 g minced beef
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
For the pastry:
250 g plain flour
½ tsp salt
60 g butter or margarine
125 ml water
Oil, for the dough & deep-frying
