BUBUR PULUT HITAM
Ingredients :
- 60 g black glutinous rice, washed and drained
- 1 litre water
- 100 g sugar
- 500 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
- Some salt
- 2 pandan leaves, knotted
Methods :
- Cook black glutinous rice in water over low heat till it is soft
- Add coconut milk, sugar and salt. Cook till the glutinous rice is expended well cooked, stir continuously.
- Serve hot or cold in a small bowl.
