BUBUR PULUT HITAM

Ingredients :

  • 60 g black glutinous rice, washed and drained
  • 1 litre water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
  • Some salt
  • 2 pandan leaves, knotted
Methods :

  1. Cook black glutinous rice in water over low heat till it is soft
  2. Add coconut milk, sugar and salt. Cook till the glutinous rice is expended well cooked, stir continuously.
  3. Serve hot or cold in a small bowl.
