How to cook : Ketayap - Malay Green Creepes with Caramalized Coconut Fillings



Ketayap is a soft green crepe roll that has caramelized coconut filling in it. Usually prepared for Tea-time and as desserts.



What you need is:

Ingredients for crepes: 

Flour
Eggs
Coconut Milk
Water
Salt
Oil
Green Colouring

Ingredients for filling:

Grated coconut
Palm Sugar
Water
Salt
